MDU Resources Foundation Reporting Requirements

To remain eligible for future funding from the MDU Resources Foundation, we ask that all required reporting materials be submitted by November 1st. Your organization must be in good standing to be considered for additional support.

What to Submit

Please include the following items as part of your report:

Photos of your funded project or program

If any individuals are clearly identifiable in the photos, please include a signed permission waiver for each person. Waiver is available for download here.
