 MDU Resources Group, Inc. is committed to responsibly developing our land in a way that meets or exceeds all federal, state and local requirements, including the Toxic Substances Control Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Our activities include restoring the land after mining, developing useable green spaces, keeping materials out of landfills through recycling and managing all operations in a manner that safeguards and even enhances the land. In a number of operational situations, MDU Resources does not own the land on which it conducts its business. It is the corporation's policy to develop and maintain good working relationships with landowners and land users.
